Mô tả công việc

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on mass hiring.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for the company.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.
Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Handle onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Support other HR functions such as employee engagement, training, and HR administration when needed.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, especially mass hiring.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good at English
