Mô tả công việc
- Work on various functions of HR and Admin, specializing in Recruitment and Employer Branding.
- Source and screen potential candidates from various channels; post vacancies on job portals and social networks.
- Reach out to candidates to introduce about vacancies and arrange interviews; manage hiring database and maintain network with potential candidates.
- Promote company employer brand through creative solutions and activities.
- Create and execute elements/plans to enhance brand name of the company.
- Support in other HR& Admin functions such as training, event organization and office monitoring.
- Clearly understand and implement HR & Admin policies and procedures.
- Keep information related to HR, Admin and the company confidentially.
- Weekly and/or on-demand report to supervisor.
- Follow the organization processes, policies and regulations.
- Work on other assignments from HR & Admin Director, CEO.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Experience in IT Software industry is a plus.
- Good English and Vietnamese language skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detailed-oriented and highly responsible.
- Proactive, self-organized and good teamwork spirit.
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
