Responsibilities:
Licensing:
- Check and collect music royalties.
- Claim copyright or trademarks infringement.
- Paperwork: proceed licensing contracts and reconciliation statements with partners.
- Build close relationships with music publishers, distributors, streaming services, and other labels.
- Other projects assigned by superiors.
Digital platforms:
- Release music and other related projects from SS Label.
- Process daily Claim/ Whitelist/ Block/ Release claim requests from related departments.
- Optimize music streams, artist profiles on social platforms and streaming services.
Digital marketing & Data analysis:
- Manage digital marketing and assign task to team member in order to increase work efficiency.
- Find media partners based on audience insights, trends, and cultural diversity.
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data/resources for upcoming projects.
- Monitor and track daily data to detecting problems and propose solutions instantly.
- Cooperate and support other teams in the Artist Management Department.
- Manage projects if needed.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 3+ years of experience in music industry, ideally within the music label or music distributor.
- Graduated from Marketing, Data Analyst or related fields.
- Fluent English is an advantage.
- Have knowledge of IP Laws.
- Already friendly with streaming services, social platforms.
- Experience in project management, paperwork, data analysis.
- Have a strong understanding of current developments and trends within the entertainment industry.
- Keep up-to-date with technology trends.
- Ready to roll up your sleeves and work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Work under pressure, carefullness is a must!
