Mô tả công việc
- To develop and implement marketing and promotion plan for the assigned brands/products to achieve the annual targets, as agreed with MM.
- Forecast Volume and Value for the assigned brands and get agreed with MM.
- To manage A&P funds within the marketing budget, as agreed with MM/HOD and take care of claiming afterwards.
- To monitor and analyze sell- out and sell- in data per region/team to ensure the smooth implementation and successful execution of brand programs, recommend programs for growth and development.
- To work side-by-side with Sales Department in developing product display, merchandising & point of sales materials and selling tool.
- Liaison with brand principles to recommend/follow up/implement agreed activities.
- To manage and work closely with agency on developing strategy for ATL as well as BTL (Activation at residence/ GT/MT for end-consumers).
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in business, commerce, marketing or other related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Brand Manager position in the FMCG industry.
- Strong reporting skills, numeric ability and sales analysis.
- Strong management skills, strategic thinking, business acumen.
- Superior skills in with Excel, Good skills in Word & PowerPoint.
- Has good foundations and understanding of Trade Marketing.
- Dynamic and capable of multi-tasking.
- Pro-active, adaptive, and good follow-through.
- Positive attitude, result oriented, resourceful, innovative.
- Be able to travel and work with minimum supervision as well as a team player.
- Strong command of English in writing & speaking.
