C&B Executive (Onboard after Tet holiday)

We are looking for a Human Resources Executive - C&B position. Candidate can be onboard after Tet Holiday.
Working time: 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM, Mon - Fri
A. C&B Operation
- Perform the process relating to Payroll and Benefits.
- Personnel Income Tax (PIT): Tax Code Application/Independent’s Registration/PIT Finalization supports.
- Social Insurance (SI/HI/UI): In charge to report increase/decrease employees and solve all claims for Maternity Leave, Sick Leave, Rehabilitation Leave…and do application for Social Insurance Book.
- Labor Contract and Employee profiles/ database Management
B. HRBP duties:
- Act as a HRBP for Total Rewards Development (Frameworks/policies/procedures).
- Executive Rewards programs/policies communication.
- Job Performance Scoring
- Market benchmarking surveys and analysis: Participate in annual salary survey, benefit, sales incentive survey that help to make the decision for Total reward packages.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduation in Human Resources/ or other related field with good Human Resources senses, strong technical acumen, including Excel and Power Point.
- Experience in payroll, social insurance and benefits administration.
- Good English communication
- Be good at time –management skills, problem solving, market research and analyzing skill.
- Good orientation for HR with being logical thinking and strong organizational.
