Mô tả công việc
- To support Sales Team in administration works to make sure that Sales activities go smoothly
- Assisting sales teams in preparing outlet promotion letters to reduce the paperwork for them.
- Raising OSR (Outlet Sponsorship Requisition) for sales team to help them to raise contract after getting approval from sales managers
- Recording signage & gratis beer issue to support Supervisor to make reports
- Updating data reporting for making Sales Promoters salary
- Collecting data to support Supervisor to make report
- Checking and requesting cartridge for photocopier, fax,and paper used within Sales Section to ensure office services're in good condition.
- To do payment for Office supplies for settling all debts in advance
- Handling the Sales Office switchboard, in and out mails/goods/ newspapers and matters relating to guests, visitors to ensure providing good services to internal and external customers.
- Updating company's telephone directory to the intranet for staff's use.
- Following up the meeting room booking to promptly reply to the requests for meeting room.
- Unlocking the main entrance daily for staff and guests to enter the office for their working purpose.
Following the payments relating to incoming mails/ goods that need to be paid by cash (import taxes, service charge,...) so that the mails/ goods will be timely released to relevant departments.
- Receiving registrations for monthly staff sales/ daily lunch cancel to combine into a list for sending to Payroll.
- Booking air ticket, hotel, providing taxi, petrol coupon to staff in case of Admin Executive's absence to maintain continuous administration service provided to staff at Vung Tau Sales Office
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College graduate in Business Administration/ Accounting…
- At least 2-year experience in Sales Admin role.
- Good communication, planning and organizing, interpersonal skills
- Reliable, accurate, impartiality
- Conversant with spoken and written English
- Good office skills (MS office, filing…)
