Overall responsible for project management from design (together with Senior Mgr (Arch), authority permits, tender, implementation till completion and handover of the project.
Source, recommend for approval and appoint all relevant consultants
Value Engineering to improve buildability, quality and cost competitiveness as well as Research and Development (R&D).
Manage project implementation on site within the given budget and resources, which include
- Consultants e.g. architect, engineers, QS, ID, Landscape architect, etc.
- Site team e.g. construction management team, site supervisor and site staff
- Contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers
- Authority liaison parties which include internal as well as external parties
Summarize practical experiences and suggest improvements of the other current and future projects. Sharing and training other staff.

Minimum 5 years Project Management especially in large and complex projects.
Ability to coordinate multiple design disciplines on variety of projects
Good knowledge in project management especially on design, planning, coordination, implementation, scheduling and budget.
Able to manage project from conceptual design to completion and handing over.
Strong contract management ability.
Effectively bilingual with strong command in English is preferred
Good leadership and effective communicate skill with people at all levels
Well-versed in Word, Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project and Power Point
