Tuyển Procurement Specialist
Mô tả công việc
• Good knowledge of Procurement Best Practices covering Procure to Pay process, including Order Management, Vendor Management, Supplier Contracting and rate cards
• Identifies supplier - related cost reduction opportunities and strategies on a corporate wide basis and aggressively pursues implementation
• Negotiates big - ticket purchases, new contracts and contract renewals
• Develops sources for new products and services; develops new sources for existing products and services
• Conduct industry bench-marking pricing and make recommendations on programs to reduce costs
• Identify and develop supplier process improvement initiatives
• Maintains high sourcing visibility through frequent interaction and communication with business user groups and associated suppliers
• Organize and lead business reviews with key suppliers
• Communicates new/ revised contract and purchase terms to stakeholder and user community
• Manage key suppliers as part of an ongoing strategy to improve supplier value and reduce supplier product and service costs.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor's Degree in related field with two to four years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to multi - task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
• Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.
