Mô tả công việc
- Manage indirect material spare parts, equipment, machinery, ETP, HSE, production, Admin…
- Prepare and manage supplier selection process using available tools when applicable and standardised templates.
- Sourcing from local and oversea for indirect service suppliers in the high quality and possible value.
- Develop supplier selection criteria and identify suitable suppliers and also negotiate price with subcontractor.
- Ensure suppliers meet all the aspects of procurement standards, company policies, Health and Safety standards.
- Control all chains from PR, PO, delivery and payment process, maintained accurately in the system as well as updated in the required database correctly and continuously.
- Communicates status of critical orders to sales/service department in a timely manner and anticipate any delivery delay from suppliers, manage emergency activities.
- Discuss with suppliers for contracting.
- Identifies cost saving opportunities.
- Do report monthly: cost saving, price variance, updated price in master data, update procurement activities within month.
- Work closely with Accounting/Financing Department regarding the payment of supplier.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet demands and expectations for.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
