Mô tả công việc
- Modify necessary procedures and actuate the implementation of current laws & regulations to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues;
- Review and supervise the work of compliance to identify compliance issues and provide advices or training timely;
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control;
- Manage risk & compliance for HEINEKEN Vietnam Group’s business activities;
- To work in person with other departments/ breweries on a weekly basis to conduct legal compliance activities to mitigate law violation/ infringement; penalties/ offences;
- To execute all necessary dossiers/ applications for corporates certificates/ licenses (breweries capacity expansion projects ERCs & IRCs; land use rights certificates; food safety; CR, barcode certificates & other licenses related to breweries’ operations & commercial promotional activities);
- To contact with the local authorities to get useful comments/ advices on necessary information & legal requirements in reality/ common practices for getting new or revised certificates/ licenses, when applicable;
- To legally update & upload/monitor all required legislations related to HEINEKEN Vietnam Group’s business lines on Zycus & SCD’s paperless systems, HEINEKEN Vietnam legal compliance procedures;
- To take charge of Code of Business Conduct, Heirules, speak- up & GEH Policies, privacy data & IP database projects; to embark on the new projects of Global Legal Affairs (APAC Regional Reference Group, Legal Competencies Framework for the entire legal community).
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in Commercial Law/ Economics Law;
- Memberships of Bar Association in VN (preferable);
- At least 4-year experience in Law practices;
- Communication skills both English / Vietnamese (verbal & written);
- PC literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.);
- Communication & influencing, organizing & planning skills;
- Creative and analytical thinking;
- Commercial awareness; operational excellence & efficiency;
- Professional excellence & self-development;
- Interpersonal skills, honesty, impartiality.
