- Organize and manage Human Resource and General Affairs activities :
- Ensure the implementation and Execution of HR Policy in parallel with Head Office HR.
- Recruitment Plan, Strategy and Execution; ensure stable human resources for the company’s operations
- Manage Payroll Timesheet & Other Personnel Records of Factory employees
- Plan and organize Employee Trainings Development Plan based on factory’ needs
- Employee Engagement program
- General Affairs of the Factory; Ensuring smooth running of all administrative functions in the office
- Working with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.
- Investigating employee relations issues and working to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair
- Other duties assigned by director
Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in human resources or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of HR & Admin
- Must be familiar with country’s laws and regulations.
- Ability to communicate with Senior Managers in English or Korean (Korean preferred)
* Experience:
- Age: 31 ~ 38
- At least 3-5 years experienced working at manufacturing and at least 2 years in the management level
* Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Detailed-oriented;
- Strong moral and ethical code
- Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.
