1. Prepare monthly expenses payment as require by Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager
2. Book accounting entry in Accounting system
3. In charge Petty cash
4. Support Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager to do some statistic report: Collect data/Key in data in excel file and system
5. File accounting documents
6. Other tasks as required by Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Gender: Female
- Age: under 28
- Education: University or College graduated
- Experience: At least 01 year of working experience in conducting accounting related matters
- Foreign language: Good at Speaking and Writing English
- Computer skill: Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Other skills: Good communication, negotiation & problem solving skill
- Characteristics: Self-motivation, Active listening, Carefulness, Be hardworking
*WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Working location: Hanoi Head office, 23 Phan Chu Trinh, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi
- Working hour: 8:00 - 17:00 OR 8:30 - 17:30, from Monday to Friday; 1 hour break for lunch time from 12:00 to 13:00.
- Transportation by company car & taxi for outside assignment.
