Tuyển Finance Manager
Mô tả công việc
- Building methodology and processes for financial budget planning/forecasting, strategic financial direction guideline, business performance evaluation and others
- Architect financial commentaries and documents to support key financial deliverables.
- Checking and consolidating planning/forecasting/business result data from Operation companies; making reports to BOM and Shareholders
- Applying an analytical approach to influence strategic decision-making and commentary, solution proposal to achieve target objectives; Develop metrics to track business-specific and company-wide trends, provide recommendations and collaborate across all levels
- Support projects and help define systems improvements
- Manage and continue to grow a team
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business/ Economics required.
- 5+ years of experience in finance management. 3+ years of experience in the same position
- Experience in implementing & operating ERP system; consolidating different business operating financial accounting data
- Experience in FMCG/ Media/ Communication/ Auditing/ Finance Banking industry a plus.
- English is a must
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and creative skills
- High level of integrity, ethics and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
