Mô tả công việc
- Take minutes of meetings held by Principal / Senior Office Manager (with parents, staff, students etc...).
- Translate in meetings held by Principal / Senior Office Manager (with parents, staff, students etc...).
- Take photos of events/activities in school.
- Do translation for Principals.
- Purchase necessary items for school events.
- Support in organizing school events and arranging for logistics.
- Translate letters/ newsletters and other documents; send to Senior Office Manager/Principal for vetting before sending to parents.
- Edit newsletter using MS Publisher (Select pictures, edit picture’s and text’s format).
- Print letters/newsletters in hard copy and deliver to students to bring home.
- Email letters/newsletters to parents on behalf of the Principal as and when assigned.
- Transfer/translate email from parents to Principal/teachers/staff and vice versa.
- Prepare monthly attendance report of staff (Check punch cards, collect staff’s leave form, prepare 1st draft report and adjustment report, follow up cases).
- Assist expat teachers in administration matters when assigned by Principal and HR.
- Transfer messages, circulate documents from HR to concerned staff.

- Bachelor Degree.
- Fluent English.
- Well-organized.
- High sense of responsibility.
