Tuyển dụng Legal Assistant Manager
Mô tả công việc
- Providing legal advices to other departments and Management in relation to banking law and other relevant laws;
- Drafting, reviewing, translating legal documents;
- Legal briefing and legal research;
- Conducting legal and regulatory compliance trainings to relevant departments;
- Communicating with and reporting to Head Office and/or local authorities where necessary;
- Controlling the in/out legal documents, updating legal database and regulation checklist;
- Lodging application/dossiers with the State Bank of Vietnam and/or other relevant State agencies;
- Ensuring the Bank operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
- Handling of disputes and/or litigations when necessary; and
- Other legal or regulatory compliance jobs as requested by HOD and Management from time to time.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 5 years’ experience in legal environment, either in law firms or as in-house counsel in multinational companies.
- Fluent English & Vietnamese.
- Good research, analytical, drafting and communication skills.
- Responsible, trustworthy and attention to details.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member under high pressure.
Education Required: Bachelor Degree in law
Years of Experience Required: 5 years
Monthly Salary and Bonus Range (VND): Negotiation
Type of Position: Full time, permanent
