Mô tả công việc
• Track import - export - inventory, quantity, expiry date, update inventory data on computer and report to accountants.
• Directly tally and receive goods when the supplier delivers.
• Receiving vouchers: invoices, records, ... check before giving them to the accountant.
• Plan and suggest buying when the stock is running low.
• Inventory reconciliation between data and reality, combined with relevant departments to make inventory at the end of each week.
• Organize and arrange goods in the warehouse
• Report periodically inventory import-export to the Board of Directors
• Serving the periodical inventory, data explanation when there are real goods and books difference.
• Support cashier work.
• Other jobs as assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Age from 20 – 27
• English communication is an advantage
• Priority to work in the field of customer service, chain stores (fast food, entertainment and catering services ...)
• Proficient use of accounting software, payment, ..
• Be careful, meticulous, hardworking, have a progressive spirit
• Working time: From Monday - Saturday 10:00 AM To 19:00 ( Off Sunday )
• Work place: Floor 1, Marina Building, 9A Tran Van Tra, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, HCMC.
