Mô tả công việc
Your goal will be to ensure all IP matters at Tiki are handled in a proper and legal manner while meeting its business objectives:
1. Working closely with related departments of Tiki to handle legal matters regarding Intellectual Property (trademarks or marks, industrial designs, IP infringement products …);
2. Leading, supporting and participating in the development of IP policies:
- Defining and standardizing IP internal processes;
- Training IP regulations to the target employees
3. Carrying out investigative activities regarding IP infringement products if needed
4. Reviewing commercial contracts/agreements;
5. Driving awareness of organization about IP matters in e-commerce industry.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Ideally a certified lawyer
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in legal IP areas
- Demonstrated ability to quickly assess and simplify complex issues down to actionable, cost effective, practical solutions
- General litigation experience a must and IP litigation experience a plus
- Familiarity with professional standards
- University degree from an accredited law school;
- A certificate of 6-months IP law course is highly desirable;
- Ability to manage time effectively, with a track record in handing multiple projects
- Analytical skills and results-driven, Confidentiality, trustworthy, Well organized and Influence with integrity
