Tuyển Business Plan Accounting Officer
Mô tả công việc
- Regular collect information and factors affecting the operations of the banking industry, such as fluctuations in the world economy and Vietnam macroeconomic policies; SBV’s changing policies; business activities of the competitors, etc… to assist Board of Executives in shaping orientation, developing the business strategy in the short and long term. Recommend implementing measures or adjusted accordingly
- Propose to the bank’s business strategies, business plans, and supporting plans
- Develop a set of criteria and tools for all units to prepare the business plan
- Coordinate the preparation of the business plans by unit, division, regions and for the whole system
- Measure and grade the implementation/performance of business plans by Branches
- Periodically measure actual targets vs planed of Branches. Measure or evaluate the financial indicators/factors in the KPIs’ kits applied for Branches and HO Divisions/Departments as defined and applied in IVB (if any)
- Collect information, reflections and feedback of Divisions/ Branches on IVB business plan periodically & propose the adjustment solution
- Perform other related task as required by Head/ Deputy Head
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduated upwards, major in Economy, Finance and Banking
- Good knowledge related to the finance market, banking, analyze & report the financial data
- Strong at skills of analysis & synthetic, problem solving & decision making
- Good at skills of collaboration & teamwork
- Good at communication skill
- At least 1 year-experience working in the field of bank accounting, statistic and financial reporting, management reporting, financial analysis
- English: Toeic ≥ 600 or equivalent; proficient in English is advantage
