Mô tả công việc
- Preparation & review of audited financial statements for VAS and Shareholders’ Group Reporting Package
- Responsible for finance daily operation, preparation and review of annual budget and quarterly forecasts
- Assist FC to prepare paper/memos/resolutions required for GD & Exco members’ approval/signature
- Prepare/review (including checking of the contents) of all financial reporting (including management financial reports, local statutory and group consol reports for shareholders)
- Work to complete external audits for local statutory and group consol financial statements within specified timeline given
- Responsible for cash management to maximize Fixed Deposit income, dividend payout, return of excess capital to the shareholders
- Responsible/prepare for external/internal funding & finalization of loan documentation
- Assist in demerger/ divestment (till completion)
- Supervise and monitor career development for staff
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree with major in finance/accounting, preferably candidate with ACCA/CPA/CFA international qualification
- 5-10 years of relevant experience with large MNCs or big 4 accounting firm and real estate experience is preferred
- Strong leadership capabilities in leading a team, able to work closely with peers with other finance team and/or other department heads in Singapore and/or Vietnam
- High computer literacy especially MS Office Excel for financial modelling simulation
- Analytical and good problem solving skills and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven and able to work under tight reporting deadlines
- Familiar with Vietnamese accounting standards (“VAS”), and Singapore or International accounting standards(“FRS” or “IFRS”)
- Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems desired
- Fluent in spoken & written English
