Mô tả công việc

Directly deliver training for the target learners, including:
Office employees: they need to be trained with generic skills for their productivity improvement and individual development purpose
Salesforce: they need to improve their sales skills, customer service handling
New hires (office & salesforce): they need to train with the orientation training program
Prepare training materials of soft skills for indirect force, sales skills for Direct force (Showroom, Telesales, Chatsales)
Ensure the training quality of training approaches (Online, Offline Class)
Track the progress vs the training objective

Proven experience: at least 3 years as training team leader (Having backgrounds in business, leadership, human resources, development, and education)
Designing and executing successful training programs (Orientation, Individual Development, and others)
Strong writing and the record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals
Ability to deliver training with soft skills for office employees, sales skills for showroom, telesales, chat sales, etc.
Implement both traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc)
Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively
