Mô tả công việc

Source candidates through various channels (e.g. talent networks and recruitment sites)
Design and implement Email contents, Facebook recuitment contents...
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Implement recruitment communications through channels, write recruitment notices, job descriptions, etc.
Deliver writer’s test to candidates and quality control
Deal pay-rate with candidates in accordance with company policy and budget
Preparing contracts, offer letters and Job Description
Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
Be responsible for following up and filling vacancies as assigned; ensuring the quality of candidates’ selection to meet the company’s requirements
Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new writers
Craft, design and implement Recruitment contents on various channels (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Fanpage, Websites...)
Contact, reply and respond to candidates’ questions prior to job requirements
Preparing for the interviews
Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance

University graduate with full knowledge of academic writing standard
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods
Have laptop
