- A Specification Executive who will be in charge of Project Sales and service of Decorative Paints with following responsibilities:
- Build up project bases for Decorative Paints by approaching and following up closely with big projects to support Jotun in increasing market share;
- Be responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting information, regarding to construction projects to support the team and understand the market needs;
- Support sales in technical & marketing matters by providing specification to architects, working out solutions for architects and providing recommendations for sales;
- Develop and implement promotional programs to obtain strong brand awareness for Jotun to ensure that sales targets are achieved and that Jotun has good business with increasing profitable sales, sales budget
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, preferably Construction or Architecture background;
- Understand industrial construction and civil engineering is preferable;
- At least 2 year experience in project sales consulting, especially have strong relationship with Architects/ Project Owners/ Constructors of industrial construction and civil engineering projects;
- Be able to build up and develop relationship with potential customers, constructors and architects;
- Independent, professional and suitable for dynamic and challenging working environment;
- Good communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
*** Working Location:
- Binh Duong Head Office (No. 1, Street 10, Song Than 1 IZ, Di An Town, Binh Duong Province).
- Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, Nha Be District, HCMC.
- Company shuttle van is provided.
