Senior Legal Officer

The role holder is to assist Legal Supervisor for legal works, provide professional legal advice to the management and personnel of both entities operating the registered business of Orion Food Vina Co., Ltd, manage licensing for the company’s operation and prepare/review and manage corporate documents (including daily contracts) and ensure legal compliance status:
• Develop, perform, ensure, and maintain legal works including but not limited to prepare, review, and manage daily corporate documents, internal guideline.
• Update relevant laws/regulations and ensure the companies’ compliance to the policies and Vietnamese laws.
• Support other departments/divisions regarding daily normal contracts.
• Prepare/review, submit, follow up with external law firm and competent authorities to manage the process for licensing matters.
• Assist to develop relevant templates for project development and operation.
• Assist to provide general legal advice, review legal documents, and other support to the business units.
• Manage the Company’s Seal/Stamp.
• Manage all legal corporate documents, records and provide support to stakeholders as required.
• Follow up the payments with external law firms.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Senior Managers.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated from University in Law major; Fluent in English 4 skills;
• Detail - oriented, research skills;
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and persuasion skill;
• Being able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
