Senior Legal Consultant
Mô tả công việc
- Research on legal, investment and tax issues/regulations, scenarios and alternatives for our existing and potential international clients wishing to invest in Vietnam; this would include comparisons with other countries and related joint-projects with other colleagues;
- Analyze new and existing business models for clients;
- Provides direct legal and business advisory services to foreign investors in establishing and operating foreign businesses in Vietnam.
- Prepare and deliver presentations as required;
- Implement legal and tax registrations/establishments/investment procedures for our clients;
- Advise and implement our firm’s registration procedures and other legal, tax, HR and IP matters as required;
- Prepare and/or review legal opinions, resolutions, contracts, other legal documents and projects for clients a timely and consistent manner;
- Meet independently and/or with company team with existing and potential clients and advise over legal and tax issues affecting their investment plans for Vietnam;
- Liaise and strengthen relationships with local contacts and suppliers (included but not limited to government bureaus at all level, legal, tax and other contacts);
- Contribute to business development and marketing opportunities and activities;
- Follow up on clients establishment and conversion into tax/accounting retainers;
- Prepare articles for our investment magazines and possible future language edition coordination;
- Any other engagement or project as advised by the supervisor/Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Year of experience: 4-6 years at least
- Minimum education level: Bachelor of Law
- Have sufficient knowledge and experience in consulting the set-up and operation of foreign businesses in Vietnam.
- Ability to work independently and team work under pressure.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and ability to interface effectively at all levels within and outside the company.
- Strong negotiating skills, oral and written communications skills in English.
- Detailed-oriented and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Flexibility, initiative and good problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel whenever needed.
- Working experience in foreign companies is an asset;
- Lawyer Practicing Certificate is a plus.
