Mô tả công việc
- Advise on certain legal and compliance matters under assignment and supervision of the Compliance Manager of Head of Compliance.
- Review contracts, agreements or any other documents for being compliance with the laws, legal regulations and requirements
- Validate internal procedures, and maintain required forms.
- Paralegal activities – Drafting documents required to apply certain corporate changes to comply commercial & taxes rules and regulations with respective region.
- Translate documents and review translation work done by the team members and/or other departments (if so ratified by Assistant Compliance Manager).
- Provide update on/summary of changes in laws and regulations which are relevant to the company business.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the team members.
- Assist the Assistant Compliance Manager and all other team members in any other matters as so required from time to time.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least app 5 years experience.
Other requirements:
- Good understanding of laws & regulations, especially in real estate Sector;
- Fluency in oral and written Vietnamese and English;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work under pressure;
- Good computer skill (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Corporate Law knowledge
