Mô tả công việc

+ Country Security Function:

Assist Security Manager on security related changes and recommend security practices to ensure policies and business needs are met to specifications.
Support and advice on security matters

+ Suppliers:

Logistics arrangements support for Security/ HR and Labour, Safety Hygiene events, training and activities
Monitor and audit the security services provided by Security vendors, consultants & private investigators and maintain a monthly performance report

+ Driving Security Excellence:

Support on developing, implementing and monitoring policies, procedures and security practices to safeguard employees, customers’ shipments, assets and information against loss, damage or incidents.
Conduct Security related investigations and other enquiries as required
Assist on security audit

+Security related network:

Develop extensive contacts with Security personnel in a variety of industries, including the airfreight /airline industry as well as local law enforcement and regulatory agencies
Develop and maintain extensive internal contacts within the company as security of the shipment in the company custody is an end-to-end process
Prepare and analyse the database information for the production of regular reports on shipment and other security incidents, including Dangerous Goods. Where appropriate, recommend and initiate actions to investigate and resolve significant security incidents as they occur.
Risk assessment by identifying and assessing on potential threat and risk on Safety and Security issues.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1-2 years experience in HSE, law and Security, Safety & Labour Hygiene-related job
Excellent language skills (English and Vietnamese)
Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Presentation skills
Time management skills
Communication skills, spoken and written
