Sales Management Assistant
Mô tả công việc
1. Marketing and Event Tasks (40%)
- Controlling product quality, prices, style, TAGs of the brands in charge/ managing the demand-supply of the products.
- Training and supervising brand’s staffs to follow Lotte Department Store regulation.
- Checking & analyzing daily sales of the floor.
- Working with brands to co-operate and supporting them with marketing and promotion to push sales.
2. Managing floor (40%)
- Checking floor at opening/closing & operation time.
- Supervising hygiene, the technical issue at the floor.
- Servicing in/out of merchandise.
3. Solving other problems from customers (20%)
- Solving customers' complaints and other problems.
- Co-operating with other departments if needed
※ Weekly:
- Check & analyze weekly sales of the floor.
- Report issues to managers.
※ Monthly:
- Check & analyze monthly sales of floor.
- Survey market trend & update market status.
- Other works may assigned by the management
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from University, at least 1-year experience in sales, customer service, …
- Have experience in retail industry - especially in F&B is a plus
- Good at English, communication and time-management skill (Having Korean is an advantage)
- Be able to handle well under pressure.
