Mô tả công việc

- Be in charge for collecting overdue accounts in accordance with company standard terms to minimize the organization’s credit risk.
- Monitor and maintain the good relationship with the buyers to minimize debts outstanding.
- Monitor the status of credit and collection activities to identify problem areas and adapt procedures to improve the overall performance of the team
- Other tasks assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- BA with at least 3 years of working experience in Credit & Collection Management or relevant fields, especially in real estateZ
- Ability to meet targets based on productivity and effectiveness
- Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and dealing with a variety of people backgrounds
- Team-oriented with time-management skills and able to do multi-task.
- Good computer literacy, be able to use MS Office
- Be diligence, can-do attitude and patience
- Be able to speak, read and write in English fluently
