- Research and understand specifically and thoroughly the issues related to CA Prop 65, from the context of its birth, the applicable principles of the law in life.
- Study and master the characteristics, applications, technological enhancement steps, testing methods related to the list of active elements prescribed by CA Prop 65.
- Periodically guide and evaluate the product search results of the Product Search Team; continuously train to improve product search skill and quality.
- Investigate and conduct integrated toxic exposure reports for listed substances as directed and regulated by CA Prop 65.
- Look into and develop the CA Prop 65 application consulting services in production.
- Research and test materials in production, the relationship between materials in production and substances listed in the list of prohibited substances in CA Prop 65.
- Perform other tasks related to the professional in charge.
- The limit of research is not only in CA Prop 65 but also in other laws relating to the sale of consumer products in the US market.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Specialization: Related to Chemistry.
- Proficient in English at all 4 skills: Writing, Reading, Listening, Speaking.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the field of environmental and water safety.
- At least 3-5 years of related experience in Quality Assurance, Product Development, or Technical Services (i.e. regulatory affairs, labeling, product specification, etc.) within the industry. Background Regulatory affairs at a food, beverage, or consumer products company required.
- Understand Vietnam's regulation system.
- Experience as a leader in handling authority audits.
