Execute and implement the procurements of goods and services for Marketing/ Sales departmentto ensure meeting requisitioner’s requirements, company’s goals and policies.
Source new supplies, perform assigned tendering/ bidding, manage risk potential in procurement.
Get quotations, compare, analysis and carry out cost negotiation with suppliers/ agencies for sales/marketing activities assigned by superior.
Prepare contracts/ POs, managing contract and follow up the performance of POs, prepare extension when necessary, propose modification if any.
Solving the problem in orders, deliveries or payment progress and reporting to supervisor for resolution in line of MOA. Checking the validity of procured documents prior to submit for approval.
Update, record and analyze data. Maintain the sectional data in system of company.
Make routine reports, provide data and perform tasks assigned of procurement for benefit tracking.
Perform supplier evaluation, propose the point need improving.
Handle admin works

University degree in Economics/ Foreign Trade/ Business Administration
Knowledge of customs and government regulations: import And export, taxes, commercial laws and economic contract; and merchandise, advertising And promotion materials.
At least 3-year experience in transaction and trading, preferably with working experiences in purchasing goods and services for Marketing and Sales activities, foreign invested companies.
Integrity, honest, cautious, straightforward, diligent.
Analyzing, negotiation and problem solving skills
Good communication/Interpersonal skills.
Conversant with spoken and written English
PC literacy (Word, Excel etc.)
