Mô tả công việc

Ensure that all the services, products and business activities of the company comply with regulatory requirements and applicable law.
Provide legal consultations, analysis and advice in full cycle of matters related to the business activities of the company, including but not limited to: e-commerce, retail, trading used vehicles, commecial issues, labour.
Organize and ensure legal support to group restructuring and general corporate governance matters.
Manage all licensing matters, including: submission for new licenses, renewal license.
Draft, negotiate, review and finalize terms and conditions for contracts/ agreements of the companies with customers and partners.
Develop in-house documentation, including: POA, internal labour regulations, sale policy, MKT policy ....
Handle and oversee all disputes between companies with customers and partner, Coordinate with other internal departments to resolve client's issues;
Manage and oversee legal services of third parties.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by BOD.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Graduated from University majoring in law or higher
Have at least 4 years of experience in a similar field. Priority is given to candidates with experience in technology and e-commerce companies.
Perform work proactively, creatively, and achieve good results.
Have knowledge of Enterprise Law, Commercial Law, Civil Code, and Procedural Law.
Able to work independently and in groups.
Good communication, tactful and flexible behavior.
Consciously comply with the organization's assignments
Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Honest, honest, careful and enthusiastic in work.
Priority will be given to candidates who already have a Lawyer card
Advanced English skills.
