Mô tả công việc
• Check accuracy of invoices issuing invoices to customers.
• Import and export sales data from POS machine into Misa software to run reports.
• Process invoices (adjust, cancel invoices).
• Send invoices to Manager for payment approval.
• Schedule pay runs based on standard company payment terms.
• Schedule provider payments.
• Update and maintain vendor database in a timely manner.
• Perform reconciliations including supplier statement reconciliations, credit card reconciliations and more.
• Update cash flow including cash and banking into the system.
• Electronic payment of taxes such as business license tax.
• Check inventory with the store store keeper according to the schedule.
• Making internal reports as required by the manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Age from 20 – 30
• Solid understanding of basic accounting and accounts payable principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage financial records
• Accurate data entry skills
• Ability to build good relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Ability to prioritise and multitask
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability work as part of a broader team
• Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel and Accounting packages
• Working time: From Monday – Friday (Sat & Sun off)
• Work place: Floor 1, Marina Building, 9A Tran Van Tra, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, HCMC.
