Mô tả công việc
* Responsible for procedures related to Social Insurance and Health Insurance including but not limited to:
- Work with government agency for necessary procedures
- Manage the processes compulsory insurances, ...
- Social insurance book registration for new staff/finalization for the retired
- Make sure C&B database updated accurately and timely on HR Software
- Participate in improving and developing of C&B procedures, processes and supporting tools for HR Department
- Ensure the compensation and benefit schemes are applied according to the Labour Law and company Policy
- Manage employee’s profiles and save profiles logically
- Make C&B reports; perform C&B analyses and projects as required
- Train and guide workers for Social Insurance
- Implement issuing health insurance card procedure
* Other tasks assigned by superiors
Yêu cầu ứng viên
+ Experience & Expertise
- Female, from 25~30 years old
- University graduation in human resources or related fields
- At least 1 - 2 year experience at the same position (preferred in Manufacturing company)
