FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES (FBOs):
• Being in charge of designing growth plan and managing all day-to-day MKT activities to guarantee company efficiency.
• Expanding brand awareness & revenue by managing cross-functional teams, maintaining existing partnerships, and achieving company business goals.
REPORTS TO: Business Director (dotted report to CEO/COO)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
85% Responsibilities:
1. Ensure OKXE has solid relationships with users, dealers, vendors and distributors.
2. Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
3. Establish MKT’s goals and objectives by managing & analyzing present data.
4. Recruit and train new employees within approved headcount plan.
5. Perform regular/core employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement.
6. Design business plans and manage to meet the company goals.
7. Make sure that MKT has sufficient resources such as personnel, material, and equipment.
8. Develop a comprehensive company budget and perform periodic budget analyses.
9. Ensure MKT activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.
10. Assess overall MKT performance & support Sales’ KPI.
15% Reports/Presentations & Contingency:
11.Create reports/presentations/briefing paper and submit them to Business Director or CEO as requested.
12.Fulfill other professional duties as assigned by CEO/COO
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or other related fields.
• At least 2-3 years' experience in a management position.
• Outstanding managing people abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations.
• Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight.
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
• A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
• Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
• Flexibility and adaptability / Tact and diplomacy
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
• A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company specific software/application if required.
