Mô tả công việc

Responsible for monitoring the machine to ensure stable and proper operation.
Adjust technical parameters to meet product standards.
Create and implement maintenance schedule for equipment.
Monitor component wear & tear and propose replacements when needed.
Monitor machine consumption and prepare periodic reports.
Quickly troubleshoot technical issues to avoid production interruptions.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure progress and quality.
Comply with workplace safety regulations, use PPE, and follow standard procedures.
Record, store maintenance documentation.

Years of Related Work Experience:

Knowledge Requirements:

Electrical, Mechanical or Automation University or college degree is preferred.
English Average level.
TPM implementation.
Skilled in reading and analyzing technical drawings (mechanical, electrical, P&ID).
Basic understanding of quality improvement methods such as LEAN, Six Sigma
Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
