Mô tả công việc
- Working and receiving documents, information and requests from Clients;
- Preparing client correspondence and legal documents from instructions;
- Conducting and researching facts to prepare case accordingly;
- Drafting various types of legal documents such as contracts, memos, legal opinions, pleadings, record summaries, subpoenas, etc.;
- Contacting with institutions, enterprises and competent authorities;
- Representing clients to work with related parties, Courts, Arbitration and other relevant authorities;
- Engaging in pre-litigation settlement discussions to resolve the conflict before going to court/arbitration;
- Assisting with filing materials in court offices/arbitration center/other relevant authorities, and proceeding other administrative tasks as needed;
- Participating in Court/Arbitration proceedings as assigned; and
- Other assignments as assigned by Partners and Senior Associates.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Hold LLB from a local law university;
- Having at least 01 year of experience in litigation;
- Good command of verbal and written English and Vietnamese;
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced; high-pressure environment;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Highly motivated and adaptable.
