Senior Associate (Hanoi)

ATIM LAW FIRM is looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Associate to join our Hanoi office.
The successful candidate will primarily handle corporate advisory and dispute resolution matters, while working directly with clients, relevant authorities and ATIM’s legal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on corporate, investment, commercial, contractual and regulatory matters;
- Handle corporate establishment, restructuring, governance, M&A transactions and investment procedures;
- Participate in negotiation, mediation, arbitration and court proceedings;
- Develop case strategies, review evidence and prepare pleadings, legal opinions and litigation documents;
- Draft and review contracts, resolutions, meeting minutes and transaction documents;
- Independently manage assigned matters and ensure timely, high-quality delivery;
- Supervise and provide guidance to junior associates and legal assistants.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- More than 5 years of professional legal experience, with solid experience in corporate advisory and dispute resolution;
- Possess a valid Vietnamese Lawyer’s Practising Certificate;
- Good command of legal English, both written and spoken;
- Strong legal research, drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Experience in arbitration and court proceedings is preferred;
- Ability to independently manage matters and work directly with clients;
- Responsible, responsive, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines;
- Positive, self-motivated and capable of working effectively under pressure.

- Employment type: Full-time

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM.
