Mô tả công việc
- Timely and accurate legal advices/analysises to support business for compliance and/or successful engagement in the market grounded on business plan
- Effectively managing and completing compliance projects from time to time
- Effectively handling all MKT and IP related works
- Standardising/Reviewing/Localising key internal policies to ensure daily operation is in compliance with the local laws
- Implementation all compliance programs/initiaties from Global into Vietnam practice which requires legal involvement (compliance)
- Strong relationships at managerial level of the business (especially manager) in order to align/communicate efficiently to support business
- Management of law change and informing all relevant personnel to the changes, providing suggestions on how to meet any change in the legal requirements; In charge of draft regulations for advocacy agenda
- Maintaining good relationships with central and local governmental authorities and agencies that are relevant to Nestle Vietnam’s business interests and within the authority of the legal department
- Training sessions for key departments.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in Legal
- Business experience in handling legal works on MKT, IP, compliance and general operation;
- Experience in providing quick and accurate decision.
