Mô tả công việc
- Advise leadership, business and operations teams & handle all legal matters including corporate law, civil law, commercial law, labor law, intellectual property law and litigation.
- Plan, advise and implement legal programs and improvements to support and protect the business and enhance customer experience.
- Review and draft all legal documents and commercial contracts between the company with business partners, vendors, customers and other 3rd parties. Support to negotiate as required on case by case basis.
- Liaise with cross-teams to ensure legal risks are identified, and sound advice and prompt actions are being exercised.
- Train and update business and operations teams on legal matters, the company policies and processes
- Effectively communicate on legal and policy issues.
- Be in charge of geting approvals/licences/permits/registration from competent authorities as required by business demands.
- Work with local authorities as required and be in charge of legal matters for audits and inspections from authorities.
- Other tasks and projects as assigned by the Leadership
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor or Master’s law degree
- Professional Lawyer Certificate issued by the Ministry of Justice
- At least 05 years of experience in legal practice and be experienced in logistics/ transportation/ e-commerce or high-regulated industry at least 3 years
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial law, civil law and labor law
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese laws and regulations
- Proficient in Vietnamese & English language
- High attention to detail & ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Personal Qualities: confidentiality, trustworthy, mature, professional ethics
- Professional Lawyer Certificate issued by BAR Association.
