1. Obtain necessary licenses/ permits/approvals for fast-food store operation on time and in full

- Prepare application dossiers and coordinate with units and departments (if needed) to apply/ obtain for several kinds of permits/ approval for the store operation, including but not limited to: Advertisement Approval/license; Business License; Certificate of food safety; environmental registration, fire prevention and fighting records, wastewater connection license; and any other legal permits that will be required by the Government.

- Support and coordinate with respective departments to ensure that the necessary permits are applied for the operation of the store on time and as scheduled

- Review service contracts signed with service providers and standardize the documents submitted to the state agency and to apply for all kinds of permits necessary to open a new store.

2. Support to solve issues/problems/ challenges related to the necessary permits/approvals for the store operation

- Coordinate with relevant departments to solve arising problems related to the necessary permits/approvals for the store operation

- Monitoring progress, ready to support and advise other units and departments on procedures for applying permits/license/ approval

- Supporting stores when receiving inspection notices from authorities, preparing POA and providing legal documents at request; advise/ guide necessary steps for stores when working with local authorities;

- Contacting and working directly with competent authorities for complicated cases that stores cannot handle without the support from Legal

3. Other tasks

- Providing usual legal advice for day-to-day legal matters related to store operation, MO, Commi

- Conduct legal update in relation to new legal regulations on licenses/permits for fast-food industry

- Review several kinds of contracts such as Security Service Contracts, BO Contracts for stores, Service Contracts with value less than VND 50 million; documentation for head office in order to comply with Company policies, applicable laws and to protect Company’s interests

- Keeping/saving licenses, environmental documents and legal documents of Company, its branches and business locations

- Carry out other tasks requested by line Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Education requirement: Graduated from University, majoring in Law who ideally will have experience on Billboards, Food Safety, Environment, fire prevention and fighting;

- Solid licensing background with experience of 3 years in the same roles. FnB experiences will be a plus;

- Savviness in creating cordial relationships with local state agencies in the fields of Billboards/ advertising, environment, food hygiene and safety, fire prevention and fighting

- Ability to multi-task with multiple projects simultaneously;

- Interact effectively with co-workers across all levels and areas of the company

- Be responsible, honest, and proactive in handling work

- Be careful, active, and creative when implementing assigned tasks.

- Have the capacity to work independently and as a team member.

- Good at using: MS Office: Word, PowerPoint

- Good English communication skills.

- Able to go on business trips if required from work
