Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our corporate services. This is an excellent opportunity for law students or recent graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in corporate law and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and reviewing corporate documents.
Conduct legal research on various corporate and regulatory matters.
Support the team in ensuring compliance with corporate governance regulations.
Help with the filing and organization of legal documents.
Assist with client communications and correspondence.
Liaise with the governmental authorities if required.
Attend and take minutes at meetings as needed.
Perform administrative duties to support the legal team.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law.
Strong interest in corporate law and business compliance.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of enterprise law is a plus.
