Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our corporate services. This is an excellent opportunity for law students or recent graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in corporate law and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and reviewing corporate documents.
- Conduct legal research on various corporate and regulatory matters.
- Support the team in ensuring compliance with corporate governance regulations.
- Help with the filing and organization of legal documents.
- Assist with client communications and correspondence.
- Liaise with the governmental authorities if required.
- Attend and take minutes at meetings as needed.
- Perform administrative duties to support the legal team.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law.
- Strong interest in corporate law and business compliance.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of enterprise law is a plus.
