Mô tả công việc
1. Contract Drafting & Revision
- Drafting, consulting and reviewing contracts as well as making comments, revising and supplementing contract terms accordingly.
- Drafting all internal legal documents including Decisions/Resolutions/Deeds, HR Contracts/Agreements, NDA, Regulations/Rules and other legal documents.
2. Internal regulations compliance

Regularly reviewing, updating and amending the policies and regulations of the Company and ensuring the internal policies and regulations are complied.
3. Legal counsel and procedures
- Conducting legal research regarding domestic, foreign and international legal documents; updating documents related to company's operation to provide legal counsel related to the company's business model.
- Carrying out legal procedures regarding intellectual property rights, company registration procedures, investment procedures, etc.
4. Lawsuits & Complaints

Assisting other departments and representing the company in complaint and proceedings settlement at administrative and judicial bodies (if any).
5. Other related duties as assigned

Performing other related duties assigned by Legal Manager and COO.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in Laws.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles.
- Considerate, careful and meticulous.
- Legal mindset and critical thinking.
- Background and in-depth knowledge of corporate law, investment law, commercial law, labour code and law in general.
- Proven ability in legal document and contract drafting in English.
