Legal & Compliance Team Head
Mô tả công việc
- General legal advices for the Branch.
- Keeping abreast of legal and regulatory developments;
- Management of Litigation/Disputes/Proceedings/Complaints/Employee Disputes;
- Advice on structuring products;
- Drafting, review and negotiation of documents for the Branch;
- Liaises with external counsel on legal issues when required/necessary.
- Handle matters with Head Office and State Bank of Vietnam.
- Any other assignments from Management in relation to legal matters.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 10 years of legal working experience in banking sector and/or law firms, preferable international law firms.
- Good drafting and advising skills.
- Strong analytical skill to assess potential risks to identify and design solutions for complex legal issues;
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese with excellent communication skill for interaction with the Government, the Judicial system and negotiating parties.
- Good time and task management skills;
- Experience in managing team of lawyers.
* Monthly Salary and Bonus Range (VND): Negotiation
