Legal Compliance Counsel
Mô tả công việc
1. Be responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and monitoring the compliance activities:
- Be responsible for defining and standardizing internal processes to enhance the effectiveness and ensure the legal compliance [ensure that each department follows all applicable laws and regulations];
- Be responsible for carrying out yearly Legal Compliance projects
2. Drive awareness of organization about legal compliance in e-commerce industry;
3. Be responsible for working closely with related departments of Tiki to give legal advice, handle legal matters regarding labor relations, marketing activities, commercial projects, …;
4. Be responsible for reviewing commercial contracts/agreements.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree from an accredited law school
- Ideally a certified lawyer
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and/or compliance
- Be experienced in E-commerce industry at least 1 year
- Familiarity with professional standards
