2. Job Description:
Cha&Kang is recruiting Associates to join our team, specializing in construction, business, and commercial laws with a focus on high-profile international cases. This role will involve leading complex legal matters in key areas such as Investment, Corporate and M&A, Arbitration, and other related fields.
As an Associate, you will:
- Managing & involve in high-value international arbitration cases, transactions, including construction, project financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and cross-border investments
- Provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance, transactional structuring, and regulatory frameworks
- Draft, review, and negotiate key legal documents, including arbitration proceedings, contracts, shareholder agreements, and transactional documents, across industries such as construction, real estate, energy, and infrastructure
- Represent clients in arbitration and dispute resolution proceedings, ensuring the best outcomes in complex cases
- Collaborate with government authorities and other stakeholders to facilitate regulatory approvals and resolve legal challenges
- Contribute to the firm's growth by identifying client needs, proposing innovative legal solutions, and participating in business development initiatives.

Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor of Laws or higher qualification
- Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in arbitration, construction, real estate, M&A and corporate matters
- Skills: Strong English proficiency, Proven leadership and team management abilities, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, professional working attitude with exceptional attention to detail
