Mô tả công việc
- We are looking for Legal Analysts, who are an integral part of Anduin’s road to success by providing their insights and knowledge to optimize the technology for our customers and help us create technology which can make transactions easier and more transparent.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and analyzing the logic of fund subscription forms for venture, hedge, private equity and similar funds.
- Coordinating with cross-functional team members including legal experts, engineers, and customer success specialists in the digitization process to build highly customized smart web forms.
- Addressing requests from clients and consulting engineers in the process of finalizing smart forms.
- Using internal tools to set up the forms and also to provide updates to other teams.
- Additional duties will be added, appropriate with the skills and abilities of the employee.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ year of working experience and legal background are preferred but not required
- Excellent command of English, oral and written
- Ability to think analytically and logically
- Attention to detail
- Interest in technology in general and legal tech in particular is a plus
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Self-starter who does not need constant supervision
