- Public market deals transact in milliseconds, but private market transactions can take weeks or months to close. Legal and commercial negotiation of agreements, messy communication, cumbersome closing processes, and human errors complicate the execution of private deals.
- Anduin helps investors, fund managers, lawyers & companies facilitate these processes with workflow tools to reduce the time and effort it takes to close different types of private market transactions.

The Legal Analyst is an integral part of Anduin’s road to success by providing their insights and knowledge to optimize the technology for our customers and help us create technology which can make transactions easier and more transparent.
- The candidate’s initial primary responsibility will be reviewing fund subscription forms for venture, hedge, private equity and similar funds and digitizing the forms. Going forward, as the company continues to grow, the Legal Analyst will be able to grow along with the company and additional duties will be added, appropriate with the skills and abilities of the person.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1 year of working experience, preferably in the legal field but legal background is not required.
- Excellent command of English, oral and written.
- Ability to think analytically and logically.
- Attention to detail.
- Interest in technology in general and legal tech in particular.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Self-starter who does not need constant supervision.
