Job overview

Calling for customer identification; the information related to the loan; check on the system match the verifiable information by telephone
Assist the customer in completing the procedures required by KYC
Identify and response to customers in accordingly KYC
Working with report and support Team leader

Responsibilities

Requirements

College or University degree
Good understanding of financial products. Experience in Fintech is a plus
Be careful, diligent, honest and responsible
Good degree from recognized university with preferred background from Accounting, Finance, Business, Legal,...
Strong attention to detail, analytical skill and multi-tasking skill are desired.
At least 1 years’ experience working in banking/Accounting or related financial positions
Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English
