Job Description
- Familiar with paperwork for expats such as work permit, visa, temporary residence card, accommodation, …
- Helping with various company event arrangements, from vendors to processing expenses; taking an active part in those events
- Processing internal arrangements such as business trip, visa
- Supporting new hire onboarding and new hire orientation
- Assisting Manager in overseeing budgeting
- Maintaining confidential personnel files and personnel actions
- Performing other duties as assigned by HR Manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree
- Have at least 2-year experience at the same position
- Good command of English and Microsoft Office
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws and practices
- Good communication, team-work and inter-personal skills
- Must be approachable and helpful
- Good organization skills and strong critical thinking skills
- Soft skills in dealing with people, suppliers and authorities
- Be able to work with multi-tasking and respect to deadline
