HR Supervisor (FMCG _ C&B Background)

** HR (80%)
1. Compensation & Benefits (40%)
- Execute monthly payroll PIT trade union fee and supervise social insurance monthly report
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
2. Third party management (15%)
- Work with Outsourcing agency and Distributor regarding payroll contract insurance for Salesman/DSR to make sure the compliance and cost effectiveness
- Proactively suggest the solution to improve the disciplinary and management of this workforce
3. Employee Relation (15%)
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly
- Assist in organizing team building activities or country meetings
4. HR System & Report (10%)
- Maintain employee data in local master data
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Participate in HR system project as key user
** Admin (20%)
- To manage and guide all the activities of the Administration for serving the activities of the company.
- To assign tasks manage supervise and evaluate work performance as well as train and develop the staff of the Administration Department.
- To check and approve all documents and requests before sending them to the board of directors.
- To ensure the operation of the office effectively timely supporting employees and departments
- To improve a system of policies and regulations related to the work.
- To ensure all employees of the company always comply with the rules and regulations.
- To prepare & control legal documents for foreign BOD (Contract Work Permit Visa residence….).
- To be in charge of preparing and organizing the company events to strengthen the working spirit and team spirit (If any).
- To check all the report of Admin staff regarding office costs every month.
- Team Management: HR Supervisor will manage 2 members - 1 C&B Executive & 1 General Admin
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Degree in HR/ Business Administration or its equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR general with C&B background at FMCG Industry (From 300 employees).
- Excellent with Office computing skills and fluently in English.
- Tech savvy- familiar with HR system and process
- Experience in working with Sales Team
- Be careful & strong problem-solving skills
- Working Time: Monday-Friday (7:30-16:30)
